Yoga is an incomparable healthy exercise for human body and mind. Yoga was born with Nature, in Nature, and with you and me. Do you remember when you were born, how, when you fell asleep and when you woke up, you stretched your body as you simultaneously opened your eyes and your mind? Yoga is a great system – at the same time, it exercises your little tender body, eyes and mind. I don’t know if you have any recollection of this occurrence, and I don’t know what your name is, but I am certain that was you, and that yoga exercise was born with everything that grows, breathes and lives, and it is not a human creation, but it is a God’s and His Nature’s everlasting life’s power, which is comparable with the entire Nature’s life instinct. Yoga exercise and life’s instinct can tell us how important it is what exists between life and death, but not if it is too late. Don’t be too late, Wake up with sunrise just as the rest of Nature does. Open your eyes and stretch your muscles and mind like the rest of Nature does, just like your pets do, if you have a cat, a dog, or birds. Yoga exercise was a gift of God for you and me and we should be thankful to Him and to Nature for this invaluable gift.

What should not happen to us always turns into a great life’s experience, but sadly it’s almost always too late.
